A culinary journey through the Nordeste
The menu I love to teach most: the one from my heart. Three sun-drenched recipes we make together, from the first chopped onion to the last scraped spoon.
- Shrimp bobóShrimp, cassava cream, coconut milk and dendê oil: an iconic dish of Bahia, rich, fragrant and deeply comforting.
- Fragrant coconut milk riceA soft, fragrant, fluffy rice, perfect for soaking up the bobó's velvety sauce.
- Cocada de fornoThe traditional coconut dessert: crispy outside, melting inside, served warm.
