The signature workshop

A culinary journey through the Nordeste

The menu I love to teach most: the one from my heart. Three sun-drenched recipes we make together, from the first chopped onion to the last scraped spoon.

  • Shrimp bobóPlump shrimp, silky cassava cream, coconut milk and dendê oil, THE iconic dish of Bahia.
  • Coconut milk riceThe soft, fragrant sidekick, built for soaking up the sauce.
  • Cocada de fornoThe traditional coconut dessert: crispy outside, melting inside, served warm.
  • Luiza's caipirinhaA real homemade caipirinha made together (or a delicious passion fruit juice, alcohol-free).

I'm preparing my first Brazilian cooking workshops in a small group, around the flavors of the Nordeste.

On the menu: a convivial moment with 6 people maximum, sun-filled recipes, a homemade drink of your choice — caipirinha or alcohol-free passion fruit juice — a recipe sheet in PDF and souvenir photos sent after the workshop.
